Responsibilities: Lead and manage the London office, oversee recruitment activities, grow the business, and achieve performance targets.
Qualifications: Proven experience in fee‑earning agency–side recruitment with a strong track record in senior talent acquisition, preferably in the financial services sector. Demonstrated leadership abilities and business development skills are essential. This is not an internal talent acquisition role.
