In this position, you will take the helm of an entire business division, primarily focused on white collar construction recruitment, managing managers across multiple locations. This is a highly visible role, backed by significant financial investment, giving you the resources to drive the business to new heights.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead and develop the white collar construction recruitment division.
- Manage a team of recruiting managers across multiple locations.
- Engage with senior client stakeholders and secure high-value business opportunities.
- Drive the strategic direction of the business while exercising tactical autonomy.
Candidate profile
- Accomplished recruitment professional with a proven track record in permanent or freelance white collar construction recruitment.
- Extensive agency‑side experience essential; this is not an internal talent acquisition role.
- Experience engaging with senior client stakeholders, influencing business outcomes.
