An exceptional opportunity for an accomplished recruitment leader to take the helm of a highly successful specialist recruitment business operating within fast-growth markets.
As Managing Director, you will assume full responsibility for the strategic direction, commercial performance and continued growth of the firm. Working closely with shareholders, you will lead the business through its next phase of expansion, delivering against a clearly defined value-creation plan.
The company is financially robust, well-established and highly respected within its specialist sectors. While current performance is strong, significant opportunities exist to accelerate growth through market expansion, diversification and enhanced operational excellence.
This role will suit an ambitious and commercially astute recruitment agency leader who combines strategic vision with a proven track record of delivering profitable growth. You will have successfully led recruitment businesses, divisions or brands, demonstrated strong leadership capabilities, and built lasting client relationships at a senior level.
