Outstanding opportunity for an ambitious recruiter to take over the running of a brilliant team of consultants. This is a rare opportunity to join a real recruitment powerhouse; a business that can offer you support, personal development and a world of future career opportunities.
In this newly created role, you will head up an existing team of consultants - all working in professional (high margin) markets. You'll be responsible for nurturing and developing your team, as well as growing the headcount over time. You'll have lots of support to do this; with world-class infrastructure around you. There will be a small personal billing element to the role (but there is so much warm business here, that won’t be a challenge).
Most importantly, you'll have the drive and ambition to seize an opportunity to join a firm that is pre-eminent in their sector. A firm where you can earn well (doubling your salary in bonus), make decisions for yourself, whilst having your own personal development prioritised and looked after.
Please note that the following experience is 100% essential for this position:
- You must have worked in a recruitment (agency-side) environment. (This is not an in-house recruitment role).
- You must have significant experience within ‘white collar’/professional sectors recruitment.
If you’re looking to take your recruitment career to the next level, we can get you there. Above all, your confidentiality is our priority. We work discreetly but effectively.
