Solution Sales Director – Technology Consultancy
Flexible base location
c. £80k base | £150k+ OTE (uncapped)
Excellent opportunity for an experienced senior sales professional to play a pivotal origination role within a rapidly scaling technology consultancy.
Our client is emerging as a leading force in digital transformation and technology consulting, partnering with investor-backed businesses across the UK and Europe to deliver complex, high value change programmes.
The Role
This is a pure new business origination position. You will own the full front end sales lifecycle: Identifying, engaging, and winning new consulting engagements.
You will:

  • Map and target senior decision-makers within investor-backed organisations
  • Open doors at C-suite level and develop long-term, trusted advisory relationships
  • Diagnose business challenges, growth constraints, and transformation opportunities
  • Shape and position bespoke consultancy-led solutions
  • Secure new engagements and hand over seamlessly to a world class delivery team

This is a consultative, insight-led sales role where credibility, gravitas, and commercial instinct are essential.
The Person
We’re looking for a proven operator from a management consultancy or digital transformation services sales background. You will likely bring:
  • A strong track record in selling complex consultancy or transformation-led engagements
  • Confidence operating at C-level with senior stakeholders
  • A network-driven, hunter mentality with a strategic approach to origination
  • The ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and deal-shaping capability
