Outstanding COO opportunity within a boutique executive search firm in London. A firm that is incredibly well respected within their sector. Financially strong, with ambitious growth plans. With a clear strategy and defined trajectory to a medium term exit event.
You will own the operational and growth strategy within the business. Ensuring systems/data, branding and marketing are truly world class. You will also have a strong commercial input into the business. Being an external representative of the firm in front of clients and within the wider market.
This is a varied and challenging role and will need significant previous experience in a similar growth role, within either a professional sector recruitment or search firm. Likely financial package will be around £120-150k basic, plus c.£50k bonus + strong equity scheme up to and beyond exit.
