Commercial Director – STEM Recruitment Firm
c£100,000 + excellent bonus + LTIP

Newly created position due to growth, within a leading STEM-sectors recruitment firm. In this varied role, you\\\’ll take responsibility for driving revenue growth, through multiple channels, including new business acquisition and improving share-of-wallet within existing clients. You\\\’ll be a key member of the senior leadership team; directly influencing the strategic growth of the business.

Our client is a leading player within STEM/technical sectors recruitment. They are in a strong financial position, with the resources available for significant growth over the medium term. You\\\’d be joining them at an exciting time in this pivotal role.

You will be a seasoned and credible recruitment professional, with a proven track record in STEM recruitment. (Relevant sector experience is essential). You will be comfortable interfacing with c-suite clients and you\\\’ll be used to managing a sales or bids team – in a sales director or similar role – previously.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through multiple channels, including new business acquisition and expanding share-of-wallet within existing clients.
• Take a lead role as a senior member of the leadership team, directly influencing strategic growth.
• Manage and develop a sales or bids team (in a sales director or similar capacity).

Qualifications

• Seasoned and credible recruitment professional with a proven track record in STEM recruitment (relevant sector experience essential).
• Comfortable interfacing with c-suite clients.
• Experience managing a sales or bids team in a sales director or similar role.
