We’re seeking a recruitment professional within industrial/volume recruitment, to run a number of office locations for a leading recruitment agency. You’ll be responsible for a number of branches (not onsites), providing leadership to the managers within each location.

Our client is one of the UK’s largest recruitment firms. They are very financially secure, with a great reputation for developing and looking after their people. The firm is in growth-mode and they’ve made steady gains in market share over recent times. You’ll be joining them in a pivotal position, to assist with their future growth plans.

You’ll be given full P&L responsibility and plenty of decision making ability. A strong package is available, along with lots of scope for further career growth.

Please kindly note that agency-side recruitment experience is essential for this position - it is not an internal recruitment/TA position.
