Leading UK Membership organisation with a reputation for excellence and innovation urgently requires a talented Lead UX/UI Designer to assist with a key digital transformation on the customer journey.
Your role will involve:
- Creating, designing, documenting, and communicating the digital design system in Figma and associated design tools.
- Establishing an automated DesignOps process with an AI toolset for seamless handoff between design, product, and engineering teams.
- Overseeing the redesign of core membership acquisition journeys and paywalled services.
To be considered, you will be an experienced Digital UX/UI Designer (ideally with membership organisation experience) with:
- Experience in key digital design using Figma, GA4, Hotjar.
- Experience in automation and AI.
- Redesign of membership acquisition/customer journeys.
