Leading UK health services provider, currently expanding at pace with a reputation for innovation and excellence and a strong values culture. They urgently require a talented, dynamic Systems Training Manager - Applications to help lead the Training support elements for a core programme to modernise their core systems operations.
You will support, directly advising business on their use of business systems optimally. This will include providing ad hoc advice and training, identifying and reporting on business issues, advising on how to achieve improved process compliance and greater efficient/effective usage of IT systems. This involves: Core Business Systems, HR/Payroll, ATS, Finance, LMS etc.
Deliver training programs using various methods (including classroom, E-learning, workshops, floorwalking). Provide Systems support/Testing.
