The Role:

As an Experienced Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement. You will build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike, ensuring a seamless and successful recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify and engage top talent through proactive sourcing strategies.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interviewing candidates, negotiating job offers, and providing ongoing support.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective business development strategies.
• Provide expert advice and market insights to clients and candidates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant with a successful track record in placing candidates.
• Strong sales and business development skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to team success.
• A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
• Experience in a specific sector such as IT, Finance, or HR is highly desirable.
