Senior HR Business Partner
Salary £75- £80K – Hybrid 3 days on site (travel required)

We are looking for a strategic and people-focused Senior HR Business Partner to join a dynamic organisation in Chippenham. This is a key leadership role, partnering with senior management to drive HR strategy, enhance employee engagement, and support business growth. You will provide expert HR advice, lead on complex employee relations matters, and champion a culture of high performance and inclusivity.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic HR Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning HR strategy with business objectives.
• Employee Relations: Manage complex ER cases, ensuring fair and legally compliant resolutions.
• Talent Management: Lead succession planning, workforce planning, and leadership development initiatives.
• Change Management: Support organisational change, including restructures, TUPE, and cultural transformation.
• Performance & Engagement: Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and wellbeing.
• HR Policy & Compliance: Ensure HR policies are up to date and aligned with UK employment law and best practices.
• Learning & Development: Collaborate with L&D teams to build leadership and development programmes.
• Diversity & Inclusion: Promote an inclusive workplace and support D&I initiatives.
• HR Projects: Lead and contribute to HR projects, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
About You
• Proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner or equivalent, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience in managing complex ER cases, restructures, and TUPE processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• A data-driven approach to HR decision-making.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive change.
• Strong problem-solving skills and commercial awareness.
• CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent experience.
