As they grow their people team, they are now looking to bring in an experienced Payroll & Benefits Manager to join the team and be part of their continued growth.
Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee all aspects of payroll processing. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy and compliance with payroll regulations and will be a strong leader with attention to detail. You will ideally have experience onboarding new benefit providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the payroll team of 3.
- Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations.
- Process payroll, including wages, overtime, and deductions on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Distribute payslips accurately and timely.
- Administer Employee benefit programs, including health insurance, car schemes, and dental.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and prepare necessary reports.
- Audit payroll processes regularly to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with HR and accounting departments to process payroll changes and updates.
- Address and resolve any payroll-related issues or discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in payroll & benefits, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in payroll software and knowledge of payroll regulations.
- Experience in running a weekly or bi-weekly payroll.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
