They've got thousands of global locations and millions of users, but their data landscape is currently a collection of silos rather than a cohesive asset. They need a Head of Business Intelligence who is less "reporter" and more "architect."
The Reality: You aren't walking into a polished, finished product. You're walking into a "blank canvas" scenario. Your job is to take a high-volume payment system and a bunch of clinical data sets and turn them into a single, undeniable "Source of Truth."
