The Opportunity
We are seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect for an initial 3-month contract to drive a critical optimization, delivery, and enablement program for a prominent UK public sector end-client on behalf of our consultancy. This is a dual-aspect role requiring a rare blend of high-level architectural governance, strategic workflow design, and hands-on technical execution. You will review and optimize an established instance, deliver an Automated Test Framework (ATF) straight into Live, and lead structured knowledge transfer to help the client's internal teams achieve long-term self-sufficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Working at the direction of the consultancy and the end-client, your deliverables will cover four core pillars:
- Architectural Review and Best Practices
Conduct a comprehensive review of the current ServiceNow architecture, specifically evaluating Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Requests (including specialized Property and HR Service Requests).
