One of the most exciting organisations in the North West is looking for a leading SDR Manager to sell and grow the sales team. This company has seen tremendous growth over the last 5 years and is now looking to push on to the next level. Working with clients ranging from super trendy SMEs through to global giants, this cloud-based platform is continually expanding its cutting-edge offering across its software suite. Clients range from high street brands and FMCGs through to financial and consultancy companies. The SDR Manager will have true opportunity to shape the team and have a massive impact on the company growth.
The Opportunity:
This role needs a high level SDR Manager who has a proven track record of growing teams, mentoring teams and leading teams whilst also doing the day job of selling to customers. It needs someone who can demonstrate still being able to hit the numbers whilst being the figurehead of the team.
Key requirements for the SDR Manager will include:
- Successful record of both individual sales and growing high performing teams
- Working with and developing individuals to achieve
- Experience in Cloud Technology, Security, SaaS, and Enterprise Software sales is highly desirable.
- Strong ability to implement SLAs whilst ensuring that team KPIs are surpassed
- Strategy planning working with tech and marketing to establish key targets
- Forecasting short, medium and long term sales - along with all appropriate reporting
- Working with senior management to help the company achieve its goals
- Be innovative, drive ideas, drive trends and make things happen
- Be hungry to learn, embrace new ideas, embrace and understand new technology and be able to influence the team to do the same.
