Global Payroll Analyst | Payroll Analyst

Berkshire 3 days in office

Salary: £37,000 – £41,000 per annum

Description:

We are recruiting for a world renowned software organisation who are looking for a Global Payroll Analyst who will support the organisation on a journey as they transition to a global team collaborating with both local and global team members. If you're looking for a new challenge and to grow your skills into a global capacity this could be the opportunity for you.

While your main focus will be on our UK and Ireland payroll, there will be opportunity to cross skill by learning global payrolls and understanding different ways of working. This could consist of learning and expanding on payroll for other countries across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for timely and accurate processing of payroll forUKandI and other global locations.
  • Continuously working on process improvements and looking for automation opportunities.
  • Working closely with team members to ensure queries are responded to with the highest level of support to ensure accurate reporting and payments to authorities.
  • You'll also work closely with colleagues across Finance, Legal, Assurance, Risk and Tax.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong background in running and processing payroll
  • UK and Ireland payroll experience needed, global payroll experience is a big plus
  • Analytical and strong Excel knowledge
  • The ability to automate processes
  • Minimum of 2 years payroll experience.
