We are looking for a highly organised Administrator to support the upkeep and accuracy of HR information within a large internal system. This role is ideal for someone with strong admin experience, excellent attention to detail, and confidence working with large volumes of data. Any experience with ServiceNow is a bonus, but not essential.
Location: Newcastle (hybrid - 3 days per week onsite)
Engagement: Initial 8 month engagement
Rate: Β£145- Β£159 per day Inside IR35
Key Responsibilities:
- Update, maintain, and quality-check information within ServiceNow
- Ensure data is accurate, consistent, and correctly categorised
- Take information from stakeholders (emails, documents, notes) and structure it clearly in the system
- Apply templates, tags, and metadata correctly
- Identify and flag outdated, duplicate, or incorrect information
- Support busy delivery periods by keeping information reliable and up to date
Essential Experience:
- Strong administrative background working with large datasets or databases
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience using structured systems (HR systems, case management, or content platforms)
- Comfortable working at pace and managing multiple updates
Desirable:
- Any experience with ServiceNow
- Background in HR, People Services, or Shared Services
