Blossoms Care Services Ltd are looking for caring, reliable, and dedicated care assistants to join their growing team.
Blossoms Care offer a wide range of services that are tailored to the needs of the service user and designed to support them to be as independent as possible. These include:
- Supported Living - Helping adults with learning disabilities to have the opportunity to live as independently as possible.
- Care in the home - Provide in-home care such as personal care and wellbeing.
- Day Opportunities - A dedicated day service with a range of activities.
- HMP Services - Working within the Sheppey Cluster Prisons, Swaleside, Elmley and Stanford Hill. The team are referred clients to support whilst serving time. This can be from personal care to cell management.
- Domestic Support - Support with cleaning tasks.
- Companionship - This could be a daily or weekly visit.
- Training/Apprenticeships - Whilst working for Blossoms Care Services we offer a range of training opportunities including apprenticeships.
