We're Talent, with swipejobs as our parent company, we're on the hunt for a Delivery Consultant who's ready to jump in, get stuck in and play a key part in delivering top talent to our clients across the UK. You'll work closely with experienced Account Managers, using clever AI tools and your natural people skills to find and engage amazing candidates.

What exactly will you be doing?

  • Using smart sourcing strategies (Boolean search, CV databases, job boards - you'll learn it all) to find top-tier talent.
  • Writing job adverts that actually get attention (no boring copy and paste).
  • Jumping on the phone with candidates - understanding their needs, what makes them tick and if the role's a match.
  • Keeping track of your pipeline like a pro using tools like Trello and our brand new bespoke platform!
  • Acting fast when we get a brief - our clients love speed and quality.
  • Bringing your ideas and energy to team meetings - we're all about collaboration and sharing what works.
