Are you a senior technical specialist who thrives on more than just "fixing tickets"? We are looking for a proactive IT Infrastructure Engineer to join the team. The Role

In this fast-paced, 24-hour commercial environment, you will troubleshoot, maintain, and develop all areas of the IT infrastructure. You'll be tasked with:

  • Infrastructure Excellence: Providing expert support for hardware, software, and network issues while resolving complex technical escalations.
  • System Administration: Performing regular maintenance, including updates, backups, and security checks, to ensure systems operate at peak efficiency.
  • Modernisation and Deployment: Assisting with the configuration and deployment of new technologies and systems in line with the IT roadmap.
  • Asset and Documentation Management: Maintaining accurate records of changes and configurations.
