North Bay Group is looking for an individual able to provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to residents, promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all times in line with North Bay Care Group policies and CQC standards.

Personal Care and Support

  • Assist residents with personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
  • Support residents with eating and drinking, following individual care plans.
  • Encourage independence and choice wherever possible.
  • Provide emotional support, companionship, and reassurance.

Care Planning and Record Keeping

  • Follow individual care plans and risk assessments.
  • Accurately complete daily care records and documentation.
  • Report any changes in residents' physical or mental health to senior staff.
  • Support residents to attend appointments and activities where required.

Health, Safety and Safeguarding

  • Adhere to safeguarding policies and report concerns promptly.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.

16 hours a week, experience in care, support work, or a similar people-focused role is desirable but not essential. £10081/year.
