Reporting to the Head of Finance, this is a high-visibility role at the heart of the business. As Commercial Finance Manager, you'll act as the trusted finance partner to the Operations Director and senior operational leaders, helping shape key commercial and operational decisions. This is a true business partnering position. You'll translate financial data into clear, actionable insight, challenging where necessary and supporting initiatives that drive performance, margin improvement and sustainable growth.
Alongside supporting operations, you'll also play a key role in evolving the finance function, improving reporting quality, strengthening controls and helping embed smarter processes across the business.
