Job Title: Business Change Manager
Location: Remote (with occasional travel to Lichfield and operational sites as required)
Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours/week

Role Overview Reporting to the Head of PMO, the Business Change Manager bridges project delivery teams and core operations. You will lead end-to-end change managementdriving employee adoption, minimizing operational disruption, and realizing measurable business benefits across digital systems, processes, and strategic business initiatives.
