Job Description: Quality Cell Lead Location: Remote (Nearshore / Midshore GMT / CET / EET time zone alignment) Duration: Contract through to end of February 2027 Day Rate: £400 per day About the Role We are seeking a hands-on Quality Cell Lead to define, maintain, and elevate quality requirements across multi-cell engineering delivery. You will establish overall test and quality strategies, ensuring quality is engineered early rather than verified late. A key focus of this role is supervising, refining, and continuously improving an agentic-driven testing capability where AI agents work alongside engineers to handle test coverage, regression, and defect detection. Key Responsibilities Quality Strategy and Roadmapping: Define and own the quality strategy, technical acceptance criteria, and quarterly/6-month quality roadmaps across APIs and microservices architectures. Agent-Led and AI Testing Supervision: Drive opportunities for agentic-driven delivery, overseeing AI agents that author, maintain, and execute test cases, regression suites, and defect triage workflows. Standards and Assurance: Establish quality standards, automated testing frameworks, and continuous delivery policies across all delivery cells.
