The Mission
You will join the Platforms & Products team within Digital & Information, a collaborative group of specialists responsible for the delivery, enhancement and support of enterprise-scale SaaS and cloud-based ERP. You'll serve as the go-to expert across the full financial ecosystem, driving cutting-edge configuration, process optimisation, and strategic decision-making.
Key Frontiers You Will Conquer:
- Trailblaze & Lead: Act as the technical authority across General Ledger, AP, AR, Expenses, Assets, Projects, and Financial Reporting setting best-practice benchmarks for the entire delivery ecosystem.
- Architect the Future: Provide high-level technical assurance, peer-review complex designs from system integrators, and steer roadmap planning for massive enterprise cloud platforms.
- Drive High-Stakes Delivery: Lead complex end-to-end design and configuration, manage ticket architecture across AMS teams, and enforce high-performance SLA frameworks.
