Location: London (Hybrid - 2 days per week in office)

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time | Mon-Fri

Our client is a fast-growing, privately owned retail business with a strong national presence and an ambitious digital roadmap. This is a pivotal role that sits at the intersection of new business, seller experience, and operations.

From initial sign-up through to handover to the account management team, you'll be the key point of contact. This includes guiding sellers through product listings, compliance requirements, and platform tools to set them up for long-term success.

  • Guiding new sellers through platform onboarding, tools, and policies
  • Conducting seller vetting and compliance checks
  • Delivering onboarding training sessions to new sellers
  • Collaborating with internal teams including Account Management, Finance, Marketing, and Compliance
  • Producing reports to support performance tracking and decision-making

Confident using Microsoft Excel (formulas, data analysis)
