Job Description: Role: Marketing Designer Day Rate: £300 - £315/day (Inside IR35) Contract Duration: 6 Months Location: Taunton (Hybrid - flexibility required) About the Role The Marketing Designer plays a key role in driving the efficiency and visual impact of marketing operations across the organisation. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Operations and Campaigns (HMOC)with a dotted-line matrix relationship to the Head of Brand and Contentyou will safeguard and elevate our visual identity (VI) across all market segments, channels, and campaign touchpoints. Key Responsibilities Overseationalise, implement, and maintain the visual identities across all online and offline channels, digital navigation assets, and multi-channel campaign collateral. Build accessible frameworks, design templates, and self-serve tools that enable internal teams and agencies to produce compliant work efficiently while maintaining central sign-off governance. Brief and oversee external agency partners to ensure deliverables meet tight timelines and budgets. Manage day-to-day marketing operations spend, issue purchase orders (POs), and track expenditure against approved strategies. Assist with trademarking and legal aspects of brand protection. Recommend data-backed campaign and visual strategies for new product rollouts to key stakeholders, including Product Management. Essential Skills and Experience Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Business, or equivalent practical experience (minimum 5 years in a similar role). Proven track record in brand management, visual identity implementation, and multi-platform graphic production across digital and print media. Hands-on expertise crafting visual assets and collateral for integrated marketing campaigns. Experienced in managing agency relationships, balancing vendor performance with budget parameters.
