Talent Consulting is seeking an experienced IAM Specialist to join one of our clients on a contract basis. This role will play a key part in delivering and enhancing Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) capabilities within a complex environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and support IGA platforms and solutions
- Integrate IGA systems with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
- Design and manage identity lifecycle processes, including Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) workflows
- Produce clear technical documentation and operational runbooks
- Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and JML automation
- Hands-on experience implementing IGA platforms (e.g. SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, One Identity, or similar)
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- SC Cleared or SC Eligible (Must have lived in the UK for the last 5 years to be eligible)
- Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related STEM field
- Vendor certifications in IGA platforms (e.g. SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada)
- SC-300 (Identity and Access Administrator)
- Experience with segregation of duties (SoD) and access risk analytics
- Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python)
- Experience with API integration and web services
- Familiarity with ITSM workflows and change control processes
- Experience working within public sector or critical national infrastructure environments
