Infinite Talent is working with an established and vibrant food manufacturer who are looking for a Project Manager that will be a key driver of transformation. In this role you will lead a significant logistics implementation, collaborate with the wider business, ensuring accuracy of the delivery and budget of the project to the highest of standards.
Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate the full cycle delivery of logistics projects and manage the implementation of business changes seamlessly.
- Lead and oversee multiple projects, aligning to the integration strategy and business objectives.
- Drive the execution of enhanced business workflows and operational practices.
- Manage project governance and change control processes, guaranteeing all outcomes meet within agreed budget, scope and time.
- Identify and assess risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Deliver new operational concepts and major business restructuring.
- Develop profitable project strategies and handle post-launch operations securing results.
- Foster strong key stakeholder engagement, delivering effective communication.
- Provide strategic alignment, challenge, and oversight across all initiatives and projects.
- Monitor critical project paths for successful and punctual completion.
What you will bring:
- Experience in logistics project management and delivering complex business change initiatives.
- Certified in project delivery methodologies such as PRINCE2 or PMI.
- Proven expertise in risk management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Knowledge of technologies and environments like managed services and data centre hosting.
