We're looking for a seasoned Technical or Solutions Architect to join a central government team. This role is a great opportunity for someone who combines deep architectural expertise with a hands-on, full-stack development background. You'll be working mostly remotely with occasional visits to the client site.
The Role
- You'll be a key leader, overseeing the end-to-end technical delivery across multiple projects. This includes driving the architecture and design, managing a technical design authority (TDA), and pushing innovation through rapid prototyping.
- You'll also mentor and guide development teams to maintain best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Architectural Leadership: Proven experience as a Technical or Solutions Architect, leading complex, full-lifecycle solution delivery in an enterprise environment.
- Full-Stack & Power Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of full-stack development and hands-on experience with low-code platforms, specifically the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Cloud & DevOps: Strong experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), integration design patterns, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Security Clearance: Already hold SC Clearance is essential.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in the public sector or other regulated industries.
- Microsoft certifications.
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
- Previous experience as an engineer is a plus.
