Infinite Talent is working with a fantastic e-commerce brand who are looking for a Merchandiser that can hit the ground running with their newly established Merchandising Department. In this role, you will plan and trade product propositions alongside the wider Merchandising team and cross-functional teams to satisfy customers' expectations and business financial budgets.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product and Design to develop detailed assortment/category plans and market performance.
- Utilise WSSI and Terminal Stock controls to manage Sales, Stock + OTB planning.
- Demonstrate a full understanding of Merchandising Systems.
- Analyse performance in season, driving team action plans, recommendations and adjust future months alongside Product + Design.
- Oversee planning + in season management of stock levels.
- Support the management of delivery schedules, management of Intake + deliveries.
- Manage and mentor a Merchandise Assistant.
- Substitute for Merchandising Lead in key meetings.
What you will bring:
- 4+ years of experience as a Merchandiser (preferably within retail or e-commerce).
- Proven experience with WSSI Merchandising tools.
- Direct experience in managing a Merchandising Assistant.
- Advanced fluency with Excel and Microsoft Systems.
- Hands-on experience with Open-to-buy (OTB) management.
