Translate Policing Needs into Digital Reality. We are looking for a high-caliber Niche Configuration Specialist to lead the technical build of a major Records Management System (RMS Niche) replacement. This isn’t just a “system admin” role; you will be the engine room of a 12-month delivery programme, shaping how UK law enforcement captures, manages, and utilises critical operational data. - Build at Pace: Drive the configuration backlog to meet ambitious migration milestones and rehearsal cycles.
- Secure the Data: Design and implement robust Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC) and validation logic to ensure data integrity and officer safety.
- Lead the Transition: From trial migrations and “dress rehearsals” to the high-stakes production cutover, you will ensure the solution is stable and supportable.
- Leave a Legacy: Execute a comprehensive knowledge transfer to internal teams.
