About the Role
Are you a hands-on ServiceNow expert looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, configure, and deliver scalable, high-quality ServiceNow solutions. In this role, you will own the end-to-end implementation process from initial requirements gathering all the way through to deployment and platform optimization. Working closely with both business and technical stakeholders, you will translate user stories into robust solutions that elevate our service management, operational visibility, and overall employee experience.
Please Note: Due to the nature of this project, candidates must hold an active SC clearance and be comfortable working Inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Configuration: Build and configure core ServiceNow capabilities, including workflows, forms, catalog items, knowledge management, self-service portals, and automation.
- Integration Development: Develop and support seamless integrations across enterprise systems using ServiceNow APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server capabilities.
- ITOM Support: Support and enhance ITOM capabilities, specifically focusing on CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management to improve service visibility and reliability.
- Governance and Quality: Ensure all delivered solutions are scalable, maintainable, and strictly aligned with architectural standards, security requirements, and platform best practices.

- ServiceNow Expertise: Strong hands-on development and implementation experience across ITSM, ITOM, and Employee Centre modules.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of ServiceNow configuration (workflows, forms, catalogs, automation) and integration tools (APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server).
- ITOM Depth: Solid understanding of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of engaging stakeholders and translating complex business needs into technical requirements.
- Best Practices: A disciplined approach to platform governance, security standards, and continuous value delivery.
Vetting Requirement: Must possess active SC Clearance.
