The Opportunity: We are looking for two experienced Oracle Technical Specialists to join a major central government organization on a critical, long-term contract. Working within a modern DevOps environment, you will play a key role in supporting and developing high-priority changes within the core Payroll space specifically driving forward major pay award implementations and system integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and maintain Oracle Cloud/Fusion Payroll applications.
- Write and optimize complex Fast Formulas and manage system elements.
- Utilize HCM Data Loader (HDL), Spreadsheet Loader (HSDL), and OIC for seamless system integrations.
- Build data models and extract insights using OTBI/BI reporting and SQL/PLSQL.
- Investigate, problem-solve, and resolve complex payroll system issues in a fast-paced shared services environment.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Security Clearance: Active SC Clearance is mandatory for this role.
- Oracle Expertise: Proven technical experience with Oracle Cloud/Fusion applications, specifically focusing on Payroll and Fast Formula.
- Technical Toolkit: Strong proficiency in HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, SQL/PLSQL, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Reporting: Hands-on experience with OTBI/BI reporting tools.
- Environment: Experience working within corporate services, shared services, or broader public sector environments is highly desirable.
