Requirements
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role
- Proven track record of leading or contributing to high-impact Discovery phases
- Experience in translating business objectives into detailed functional and non-functional requirements
- Previous experience delivering at least one significant project within a Local or Central Government
- Understanding of the GDS Service Manual and the Service Assessment process (Alpha, Beta, Live) is a significant advantage
Responsibilities
- Identify stakeholders by mapping out the clients ecosystem to ensure all voices are heard
- Conduct As-Is vs. To-Be Analysis through workshops to document current workflows and visualize future states using flowcharts and diagrams
- Perform Gap Analysis to identify the specific distance between where the client is and where they need to be, and propose viable solutions
- Assist the Project Manager in defining what is in and out of scope to prevent scope creep during the project
