The role
- You'll take ownership of trading and merchandising performance for key online categories, with accountability for core ecommerce KPIs including sales, margin and conversion.

- You'll be hands-on with category structure, product sequencing, filters, taxonomy and promotional execution, while also supporting wider SEO activity and monitoring competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
What you'll be doing
- Support the trading and online merchandising of products across customer-facing ecommerce websites.
- Optimise the onsite customer journey to improve product visibility, conversion and overall performance.
- Organise category structure, sequencing, filters and taxonomy across desktop, tablet and mobile.
- Work closely with teams across Email, Social, Buying, Design, Digital Marketing, Operations, Digital Development and UX/CRO.
- Monitor core ecommerce KPIs such as sales, CVR, AOV, margin and bounce rate, using data to identify issues and opportunities.
- Support and execute the SEO strategy.
- Carry out competitor analysis across pricing, range, navigation and promotional activity.
- Own promotional execution onsite, ensuring messages are accurate, timely and customer-focused.
- Track market trends and seasonal changes to align merchandising plans with customer demand.
- Work with Operations to ensure product availability supports campaign delivery.
- Support homepage and onsite page builds alongside Design and external suppliers.
What we're looking for

- Strong understanding of core ecommerce KPIs and the ability to report on performance clearly.
- Confident working with data, BI reporting tools, Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
- SAP experience is desirable, but not essential.
- Strong organisation, time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
- A collaborative approach and confidence working with internal and external stakeholders.
