Are you a strategic thinker who isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves and drive delivery? We are seeking a dynamic Change Manager to join our consultancy team. In this role, you will lead the people's side of complex digital and organisational transformations for our clients, ensuring high adoption rates and tangible business value.

What You'll Do

  • Digital Transformation: Lead the design of integrated business change plans across a multi-project portfolio, ensuring new platforms and technologies are fully adopted.
  • People-First Delivery: Conduct impact assessments, design communication strategies, and execute training plans to transition teams smoothly with minimal disruption.
  • Organisational Design: Partner with client HR teams to redesign roles, structures, and workforce capability plans.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating complex changes into a compelling strategic narrative.
  • End-to-End Execution: Operate at both a high strategic level and a hands-on delivery level, managing resistance and tracking adoption metrics.

What We Are Looking For

  • Certification: PROSCI or CCMP certified.
  • Consulting Mindset: Proven experience delivering both digital and structural organisational change within fast-paced, complex environments.
  • Dual Capability: Ability to alternate seamlessly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
  • Relationship Builder: Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Outcome-Driven: A sharp focus on business outcomes, cultural shifting, and value realisation.
