Description: Business Improvement Manager 18 months Fixed-Term (Full Time) Worksop, Nottinghamshire, UK (Hybrid) Monday to Friday £60,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits Infinite Talent is working with an established and vibrant food manufacturer who are looking for a Business Improvement Manager that will be a key driver of transformation.

In this role you will lead a significant logistics implementation, collaborate with the wider business, ensuring accuracy of the delivery and budget of the project to the highest of standards.

Responsibilities: Orchestrate the full cycle delivery of logistics projects and manage the implementation of business changes seamlessly.

Lead and oversee multiple projects, aligning to the integration strategy and business objectives.

Drive the execution of enhanced business workflows and operational practices.

Manage project governance and change control processes, guaranteeing all outcomes meet within agreed budget, scope and time.

Identify and assess risk management throughout the project lifecycle.

Deliver new operational concepts and major business restructuring.

Develop profitable project strategies and handle post-launch operations securing results.

Foster strong key stakeholder engagement, delivering effective communication.

Provide strategic alignment, challenge, and oversight across all initiatives and projects.

Monitor critical project paths for successful and punctual completion.

What you will bring: Experience in logistics project management and delivering complex business change initiatives.

Certified in project delivery methodologies such as PRINCE2 or PMI .

Proven expertise in risk management .

Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Knowledge of technologies and environments like managed services and data centre hosting.
