An experienced Product Marketing Manager is required to lead the commercial product marketing workstream across an allocated portfolio of high-revenue, global products. Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, you will own and execute product-level positioning, go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and customer adoption plans to drive measurable commercial performance across the entire product lifecycle.
Key Accountabilities
- Strategy and GTM Execution: Translate high-level product marketing strategy into actionable GTM plans, exercising delegated authority on positioning, messaging, and customer acquisition/retention tactics.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the dedicated PMM lead across cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with Product Management, Campaigns, Digital, Channel Marketing, and Relationship Management.
- Commercial Performance: Drive demand generation, distributor enablement, and customer adoption initiatives to maximize product value and revenue across global markets.
- Insight and Optimization: Utilize customer, market, and performance analytics to evaluate strategy effectiveness, refine market positioning, and present evidence-based optimization recommendations to executive leadership.
Technical and Professional Requirements
- Tech Stack Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation systems, and marketing analytics tools to inform commercial decision-making.
- Workflow Management: Proven capability using project/work management tools to plan, prioritize, and coordinate complex, cross-functional product launches.
- Data and Stakeholder Management: Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to analyze complex performance data, build commercial business cases, and present insights to senior stakeholders.
- Domain Experience: Track record of driving measurable product adoption and revenue growth across global markets and multi-channel distribution models.
