- \n SAS Installer / Application Operations Engineer - Active SC Clearance \n £650 - £700 / day (Inside IR35)\n 2 Months (Likely to extend)\n Remote with occasional on-site presence (~1 day/month in Manchester or Blackpool)\n
\nRole Purpose\n
The SAS Installer will install, configure, and stand up the SAS software estate on the target cloud platform, establishing a fully operational environment ready for data engineering and migration teams.
Key Responsibilities\n

- Installation and Setup: Install and configure the core SAS software suite within the target cloud environment.
- App and Security Admin: Perform application and security administration across the SAS platform.
- Deployment and Go-Live: Deploy and validate SAS components to support transitioning services into live production.
- Troubleshooting: Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical installation and environment incidents promptly.

\nKey Skills and Experience\n

- SAS Platform Installation: Hands-on experience installing, configuring, and updating SAS software suites.
- Application Operations: Deep expertise in app deployment, environment management, and production readiness.
- System Configuration: Strong working knowledge of cloud environment setups, system administration, and access management.
- SC clearance: Active SC Clearance is required for this position
