We are recruiting for an established Leeds based, award-winning international group travel company who are seeking a Travel Consultant to join its friendly and professional team. The organisation has been operating for over 20 years and delivers expertly curated group travel experiences across destinations worldwide, offering a diverse range of culturally rich and activity-led holidays. This role is ideally suited to a customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Responding to customer enquiries via email, telephone and post
- Managing and maintaining the internal booking system
- Processing and managing supplier payments
- Making outbound sales calls where appropriate
- Supporting month-end reporting activities
- Providing general administrative and office support
About you
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and personable manner
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Confidence in presenting and promoting travel products
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
- Previous office-based experience
