Retrofit Coordinator – Level 5 Location: South East / UK-wide travel We are currently recruiting for an experienced Retrofit Coordinator to join an established sustainability and energy team, supporting the delivery and technical coordination of retrofit projects across multiple sites. This is an opportunity for a qualified Retrofit Coordinator to take responsibility for supporting live projects, ensuring compliance with PAS 2035, building regulations and relevant industry standards, while working closely with clients, contractors and internal technical teams. The role combines technical and office-based work with regular site visits. Key responsibilities * Deliver and support Retrofit Coordination across live projects. * Carry out quality assurance of Retrofit Assessments, Retrofit Coordination and Retrofit Designs. * Undertake pre-, mid- and post-works site inspections. * Review technical information, project documentation and audit trails. * Ensure retrofit projects meet relevant compliance and quality standards. * Work closely with contractors, project managers and technical teams. * Identify and resolve technical issues throughout the retrofit process. * Support funding applications, compliance audits and project reporting. * Keep up to date with retrofit standards, legislation, funding schemes and industry developments. * Contribute to project reviews and improvements to retrofit delivery. About you You will be an experienced retrofit professional with a strong understanding of retrofit coordination and compliance. Essential: * Level 5 Retrofit Coordinator qualification. * Strong knowledge of PAS 2035 and retrofit principles. * Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly to project sites. * Experience working with technical documentation and compliance requirements. * Strong organisational and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and work to deadlines. * Confident working with contractors, clients and internal stakeholders. Experience with Retrofit Assessment, PAS 2030, SHDF or other government-funded retrofit programmes would be advantageous.
