Location: South East / UK-wide travel An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Retrofit Coordinator to join an established sustainability and energy team, supporting the delivery of retrofit projects across multiple sites. This is a development-focused role for someone looking to build their career in retrofit and gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced Retrofit Coordinators and technical professionals. The role will involve office-based technical work alongside regular site visits, supporting live projects and developing your knowledge of PAS 2035, retrofit coordination, compliance and energy efficiency. Key responsibilities * Support Retrofit Coordinators with the delivery of live retrofit projects. * Assist with quality assurance of Retrofit Assessments, Retrofit Coordination and Retrofit Designs. * Attend sites for pre-, mid- and post-works inspections. * Review project information, technical documentation and audit trails. * Support compliance reporting, funding documentation and project audits. * Work with contractors, project managers and technical teams to resolve issues. * Assist with project reviews and identify opportunities for improvement. * Keep up to date with changes to retrofit standards, legislation and funding schemes. About you We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in retrofit, sustainability and energy efficiency, who is keen to develop their technical career. You will ideally have: * Level 5 Retrofit Coordinator qualification, or be working towards it. * An understanding of PAS 2035 and retrofit principles. * A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel to multiple sites. * Good attention to detail and organisational skills. * Strong communication skills and the ability to work with different stakeholders. * A proactive approach and willingness to learn. * An interest in developing a long-term career within retrofit. Experience with Retrofit Assessment, PAS 2030, SHDF or other government-funded retrofit programmes would be advantageous.
