Community Engagement Officer – Beaconsfield & Surrounding Areas We are looking for a confident, proactive and personable Community Engagement Officer to build strong relationships and increase our client's presence across Beaconsfield and surrounding communities, including Gerrards Cross, the Chalfonts, Amersham, Bourne End and Marlow. This is a highly visible, community-facing position suited to someone who enjoys networking, building relationships and creating partnerships with local businesses, charities, schools, community groups, councils and other organisations. Key responsibilities include: * Building and maintaining strong community and stakeholder relationships * Attending networking events, meetings and local community activities * Identifying partnership and collaboration opportunities * Organising and supporting community events and initiatives * Developing a strong network of local contacts * Gathering community feedback and identifying new opportunities * Maintaining accurate records and following up with contacts * Representing the organisation professionally within the local community The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, be confident networking and developing relationships from scratch, and have experience within community engagement, stakeholder engagement, partnerships, communications or a similar outward-facing role. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential, as regular travel throughout the local area is required. Some flexibility for occasional evening and weekend events will also be needed. Location: Beaconsfield & surrounding areas Hours: Full-time Hours are part / full time 25-40 hours per week Salary 25k pro rata. Start date is ASAP but again flexible for the right candidate
