Talent Hub are supporting an evolving travel brand grow. This is a unique marketing position working into the Head of Brand and Customer Experience, where you will be the lynch pin for their marketing function supporting with creative project management, copywriting, marketing, brand activities as well as supporting as their executive assistant.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist in managing and tracking the progress of creative projects, ensuring on time delivery, within scope, in line with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate daily stand-up calls with the creative team to allocate resources to jobs and project manage progress and coordinate with cross-functional teams (designers, content creators, digital marketers, etc.) to ensure project milestones are met.
- Help prepare briefs, schedule meetings, and track feedback for creative assets.
- Maintain a clear overview of project timelines, deliverables, budgets, providing updates to stakeholders as needed, using the JIRA design board.
- Act as a liaison between the brand & marketing team and other departments to ensure alignment on project priorities and timelines.
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Marketing, including meeting team coordination, and agency contract management, travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, reports for internal external meetings.
- Assist with general communication and correspondence related to marketing activities.
What you will need for this Marketing Project Coordinator job:
- Experience in a marketing, creative project management, or administrative assistant role (within a marketing, commercial or communications team).
- Experience in the travel industry is also advantageous, but not essential.
- Creative Project Management: Some experience supporting the execution of marketing teams’ wider business projects, with a strong understanding of timelines, communication, resource management, and deliverables.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects priorities at once.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Monday.com, etc.) advantageous but not essential.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) stack.
- Willingness to travel internationally once per quarter with a keen interest in the travel, or marketing sectors.
