This position is a hybrid role, and it is a 12-month maternity contract, with a May 2025 start date, if not before.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Set the strategy for the trade campaign programme, which will be delivered by the CRM manager across email, SMS & Direct Mail.
  • Deliver the rollout of the current Loyalty Programme to the new technology platform and build the strategy to optimise and relaunch the programme.
  • Deliver the strategy to achieve increased customer revenue, satisfaction and retention through trade and trigger communications alongside the CRM manager and CRM agency.
  • Have ownership for the CRM and Loyalty roadmaps with IT, Digital, eCommerce and retail teams to drive incremental revenue and Customer Lifetime Value.
  • Deliver trade and engagement driving initiatives to customers across CRM channels, Digital, eCommerce and retail.
  • Team management to support the CRM manager & Loyalty manager in driving the delivery of the strategy, and to ensure revenue targets are met.
What you will need for this position:
  • Previous experience in a Senior CRM or Loyalty Manager position for a retail or beauty brand.
  • Experience of creating Loyalty and CRM strategies ideally from an Omni Channel retailer.
  • Experience in agency management as well as delivering commercial results and ROI.
  • Leadership experience managing a CRM or Loyalty Manager in previous positions.
  • Experience of using Klaviyo (or SaaS CRM platform) would be useful but not essential.
