Account Executive SaaS Sales
Salary £40,000 – £45,000 OTE £70,000 +

Brand new role joining a thriving SaaS company in the Brighton area.
As an Account Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of driving growth, managing the entire sales process from first contact to close.
You’ll handle a mix of inbound leads and outbound opportunities, uncovering client needs, running product demos, and guiding decision makers through the buying journey.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, curious, and proactive SaaS sales professional who understands marketing and creative workflows and wants to help customers solve challenges through the right technology.
Key responsibilities for the Account Executive position include:
- Manage the full sales cycle for this SaaS product, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and close.
- Balance inbound and outbound efforts to build a strong, consistent pipeline.
- Nurture qualified inbound leads by understanding their challenges and demonstrating how this SaaS product delivers value.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline that supports accurate forecasting and steady revenue growth.
- Consistently meet or exceed your sales and pipeline goals.

- Craft tailored proposals, pricing, and contracts. Lead negotiations with confidence to close high quality deals.

What you will need for this Account Executive SaaS Sales job:
- 2–4 years’ experience in B2B SaaS sales (AE, BDM, SDR, or similar).
- Proven success managing the full sales cycle, from discovery to close.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Confidence engaging with marketing, brand, and product stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and able to manage your own outreach and pipeline
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
