Performance Marketing Manager – 12 month Fixed Term (Maternity Cover)
Talent Hub are working with a luxury brand, creating memories and providing experiences across the globe. You will be joining a vibrant and talented marketing team, leading on their digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, maximising ROI and driving revenue growth.
This 12 month fixed-term role will see you managing a £1m+ Paid Media budget, optimising multi-channel paid media campaigns, and leading their PPC agency to deliver outstanding results. The objective of this position is managing PPC, social media and display advertising campaigns, incorporating data analysis, strategy refinement, campaign execution and optimisation.
We are looking for a Performance Marketer with a strong technical skills set in PPC, in-house or agency side with a strong B2C background in Paid Media, digital campaign management from strategy to execution. You will be able to challenge the status quo, advise on social media and digital best practice, be highly analytical and driven by data, whilst enjoying time with a fun and supportive marketing team!
Key responsibilities for this Performance Marketing Manager role include:
- Manage and optimise a £1m+ PPC budget to maximise ROI and conversion opportunities.
- Oversee and lead their PPC agency, ensuring continuous performance improvements, driving a consistent volume of quality leads and bookings.
- Execute and refine paid media campaigns across PPC, social, and display channels.
- Analyse performance data (GA4, Looker Studio) to drive strategy.
- Develop engaging creative briefs for their in-house studio.
- A/B testing, driving continuous performance improvements.
- Lead and mentor a Social Media Executive to deliver a high-impact content strategy, work with wider Digital Marketing team and senior stakeholders.
What you will need:
- A strong background in Performance Marketing within the B2C landscape, working for a premium, retail, travel brand.
- Proven expertise in PPC and paid media optimisation across multiple campaigns.
- Advanced skills in A/B and multivariate testing.
- Experience of landing page and CRO optimisations.
- Knowledge of Infinity Call Tracking. Beneficial but not essential.
- Experienced in using Google stack, covering Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills, confident with data tools and testing strategies.
- Experience of working within a matrix organisation, stakeholder liaison and line management, agency management experience.
