This is an office-based job, just outside Brighton. No hybrid or WFH is available. Office hours are 7.30am - 4.30pm. You will be joining a marketing team of 3.

About the Role

For this B2B Marketing Manager position, you should have:

  • At least 5+ years of strategic marketing management experience in a B2B sector
  • A degree in marketing or equivalent business qualification
  • Proven skills in managing digital, lead generation, SEO, PPC and content
  • Experience in strategic planning and delivery
  • Managed a marketing team and external agencies, ensuring ROI

Responsibilities

  • Create and develop the Marketing Strategy and Plan, aligned to business objectives and commercial priorities
  • Support the sales team to engage prospects and convert opportunities more effectively through digital marketing activity
  • Manage the digital performance, website and campaigns across SEO, paid search and other digital channels, working with partners to grow traffic and improve visibility
  • Plan and coordinate content and campaigns across email, paid, social and web, supporting product launches, sales priorities and brand visibility
  • Own monthly performance reporting across all marketing activity, ensuring results are reviewed and improvements made
  • Manage and support the Marketing team providing day-to-day guidance, setting clear priorities, and helping develop their skills in line with team goals
